High-quality and precise metalworking since 1992
We specialize in metalworking since 1992, when our father established Ján Kerti - SUF - Metalworking company, focused on production and distribution of components for mechanical engineering industry. In 2008 company was transformed in KERTI s.r.o., which keeps up the tradition of original company, with upgraded and efficient machine park.
I started working at my father's company as 17 years old. I became permanent employee 15 years later, in 2004
I established Ján Kerti - SUF - Metalworking company in 1992, which was later transformed in in KERTI s.r.o. I was running this firm to the year 2004
I started working at company as 15 years old, in 1996. Three years later I started working full-time. Three years later I proceeded from part-time to full-time job, which I am doing ever since, except two years break.
In 2002 I started working as production manager at Kerti company, and I am working in the same job position ever since.
Establishment of Ján Kerti - SUF - Metalworking company. This company was focused on conventional metalworking, drilling and locksmith work.
We started cooperation with German company LUC. We produce and distribute mechanical parts for robotic lines
In 2004 we bought CNC miller center Mini Mill 450 from producer EAGLE. We were enabled to produce more accurately than on preceding conventional millers.
We bought machine EAGLE 1000 and first CNC lathe. We started producing our first components also on CNC lathe.
In 2007 we moved to new bigger areas.
In 2008 Ján Kerti - SUF - Metalworking company was transformed into KERTI s.r.o.
We started cooperation with new partners from Germany: car manufacturer VOLKSWAGEN and flooring company Roll GmbH
In 2015 we hired more employees. From this year we offer 15 work positions.
In 2017 we invested in machine park. We obtained vertical CNC machine tool DOOSAN type DNM 5700 with operating system Siemens S828D.
